Get out of the studio and onto the farm! Connect to yourself and nature through mindfulness practices designed to develop and deepen your understanding of yoga through a blend of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Taught by RYT-500 teachers Rebekah Papé and Josephine Edmondson, classes are open to a wide range of abilities. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary. Classes are offered seasonally May-September.
Learn how to pick the best ingredients, use kitchen tools effectively, and cook effortlessly with a root-to-leaf approach. Chef and Culinary Director Micah Mowrey collaborates with Farm Dietitian Kate Ueland to build critical skills, develop foundational understanding, and optimize nutrition based on your individual goals.
Held on the farm in our outdoor kitchen, together we will harvest and prepare a delicious meal as we demystify local cuisine and ingredients. Classes are offered seasonally May-September.
Accessible Ayurveda Workshops
To celebrate the cyclical rhythms of the mother nature, join our resident yoga teacher Rebekah Papé to learn about Ayurveda’s importance in maintaining optimal daily and seasonal rituals and develop tools to transition mindfully between seasons. In this quarterly series, Rebekah weaves together ancient and modern concepts for healthy lifestyles to create accessible and relevant wellness practices for participants.

We also create customized series and curriculum for individuals or groups. Wellness offerings can be tailored for your group as an on-the-farm experience, or incorporated into events or corporate retreats at the location of your choosing.
